Anyone. Accountants, solicitors, financial advisors, surveyors, architects, estate agents, mortgage brokers, planning consultants, land agents, contractors, project managers, property finders, QS firms, structural engineers, tax advisors, insurance brokers, property mentors, influencers, podcasters, networkers — or anyone who knows people building property. No licence or qualification is required.

A £2M deal earns you £2,000. A £5M deal earns you £5,000. You earn 0.1% of the loan amount on the first deal each referred user draws down — higher tiers unlock up to 0.18% at Platinum level. Commission is per referred user's first deal only, since after that they already know the platform.

You get a unique referral link and a branded referral page (e.g. assesr.com/ref/your-company). When someone clicks it, a 30-day attribution cookie is set. If they sign up and create a deal within that window, it's automatically attributed to you. First-touch model — the first partner to refer a user gets the credit. Commission applies to the referred user's first deal only.

You're paid automatically when the referred user's first deal draws down. The borrower pays a discounted 0.25% fee (50% off), and your commission (0.1%+) is transferred to your Stripe Connect account. No invoicing required.

Once someone clicks your referral link, you have 30 days for them to sign up and create a deal. This keeps things fair — it incentivises active referrals rather than passive link-sharing. If the window expires, they can still use Assesr, but you won't receive commission.

Yes. The partner role is additive. You can be a borrower submitting your own deals AND a partner earning commission on deals you refer to others. However, self-referral is not permitted — you cannot earn commission on your own deals or by referring yourself.

You start at Bronze (0.1%). Your tier is based on how many referred deals have drawn down in the last 90 days: Silver needs 3+, Gold needs 8+, Platinum needs 15+. Tiers update automatically — stay active and your rate stays high. If activity drops, you'll settle back to a lower tier.
