Assesr was founded by Daniel and Jeremy. We've sat on both sides of the table — packaged the deals, written the credit papers, fought for terms, and watched perfectly good schemes die in the gap between borrower and lender.
That gap is mostly translation work. Translating a developer's story into a format a credit committee can decide on. AI is finally good enough to do that translation properly — but only if it's been taught what an experienced development finance underwriter actually looks for.
